In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bno880 website, mobile site, and all associated products and services accessible at bno880.app.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who has registered a bno880 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the bno880 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own verified payment source, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register and maintain a bno880 Account only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the bno880 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited. Where bno880 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or personal details, all linked accounts will be suspended and any funds associated with bonus abuse will be forfeited. Genuine duplicate accounts created in error must be reported immediately to bno880 support.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. bno880 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify bno880 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your Account.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bno880 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (via Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, City Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bno880 does not impose currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source that is legally owned and registered in the Player's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bno880 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit at its sole discretion.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Account Balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer processing times may vary.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by bno880 following a KYC review.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no stated maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawal requests may require additional verification.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the Player before they are processed, at which point the funds are returned to the Account Balance.
• bno880 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to three business days.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus Funds are credited to the Account separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all bno880 bonuses is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount received.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period.

4.3 Seasonal & Cultural Promotions

bno880 periodically releases promotional offers tied to Bangladesh's cultural and sporting calendar — including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms, which will be published at the time of each offer. General bonus terms above apply to all seasonal promotions unless explicitly superseded.

5.1 Random Number Generation

All virtual games offered on the bno880 Platform — including slots, virtual card games, and number games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG outcomes are statistically independent, unbiased, and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Player, bno880 staff, or any third party. bno880's RNG systems are subject to periodic third-party audit to confirm compliance with fair play standards.

5.2 Live Casino Games

Players may not circumvent betting limits through the use of multiple simultaneous sessions or accounts.

5.5 Voided Bets & Cancelled Events

In the event that a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or fails to reach its natural conclusion within a timeframe stipulated by bno880's sportsbook rules, affected bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Account Balance. 6.1 Player Tools

All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming controls from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount that can be deposited to the Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss permissible over a defined period.
